Brindy, I totally know what you mean about wasting all your hard work. I do that too, all the time. Somehow you find a reason to make it okay. But, at least for me, I ALWAYS regret it afterwards. That's what I keep telling myself: it's not worth it b/c you'll just be mad afterwards, and possibly gain back some weight. On the other hand, I think you should be able to have a cookie- any time you want- but only one. That's the hard part though, right? Anyway, I'm totally there with you girl, I know what you mean.
